Police have charged a 25-year-old Toronto man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
According to police a 28-year-old woman was "befriended" by the suspect on March 29, 2014 in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area. Police said the victim was then sexually assaulted.
On Monday, police had released security camera images of the suspect.
David Cummins on Tuesday surrendered to investigators, police said. He is charged with sexual assault, robbery, and administering noxious substance.
