A 29-year-old Toronto man has been charged with voyeurism after a woman reported being recorded in a washroom at a business in Kensington Market.

A woman told Toronto Police she was changing in a staff washroom at her place of work, located at Dundas Street West and Augusta Avenue, around 11:35 p.m. As she was changing, she said she noticed a cell phone in a backpack that was hanging on a hook in the washroom.

The woman alleges the cell phone was recording her as she was changing.

She said she took the phone out of the bag to examine it further and discovered another video on the phone. The video had been recorded on an earlier date -- May 19 -- in the same staff washroom.

Police said the woman contacted them and reported the incident.

A suspect identified as Toronto resident Luis Castillo Guillen was arrested and charged with two counts of voyeurism. Guillen was scheduled to make an appearance in court at Old City Hall on Saturday at 10 a.m.

Police said they are concerned there may be more victims and ask anyone with information to contact them at 416-808-1400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
