A man has been arrested after a shooting on Main Street over the weekend that left one man dead.

Cory Campbell, 26, of Toronto, was found suffering from a gunshot wound when police responded to a call on Main Street, near Danforth Avenue, on Saturday at 11:15 p.m.

Campbell died of a gunshot wound to the chest, police said.

Police said they arrested a man in connection to Campbell’s death on Monday.

Andrew Burnett, 25, of Toronto, is charged with first-degree murder.

He is scheduled to appear in a Toronto court on Tuesday morning.
