A man was arrested and charged Monday in connection with the city's fifth homicide case of the year.
Jason Andrew Boucher, 41, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 48-year-old Scott Savoy.
Savoy was found dead in his basement apartment at 594 Danforth Rd., near Warden and St. Clair Avenues, on Wednesday, Feb 4.
The investigation is ongoing, and police ask anyone who was in contact with Savoy the weekend before his body was found to call 416-808-7400, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
