A male cyclist has been pronounced dead after he was struck by a transport vehicle in Mississauga during rush hour Thursday morning.
The incident happened at Dixie Road and Derry Road East shortly before 9 a.m., a Peel EMS spokesperson told CP24.
Paramedics attended the scene and found the cyclist without vital signs. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
The details leading up to the incident were not immediately available.
