ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Centre Saku Koivu, goalie Jonas Hiller and forward Daniel Winnik won't be offered contracts with the Anaheim Ducks for next season.

General manager Bob Murray confirmed the Ducks' decision Thursday.

The 39-year-old Koivu has spent the past five seasons with the Ducks, scoring 29 points in 65 games last season.

The four-time Finnish Olympian was the longtime captain of the Montreal Canadiens. Koivu moved to Anaheim to team up with Teemu Selanne, who says he is retired.

Hiller had been the Ducks' starting goalie since the 2008-09 season, going 162-110-32 over seven years. The Swiss netminder lost his starting job late in the regular season to Frederik Andersen and John Gibson.

Winnik spent the past two years with the Ducks, scoring 49 points as a depth forward.
