LONDON Ont. - Police in London, Ont., have charged a 33-year-old HIV-positive man with aggravated sexual assault.
Daniel Gracie is accused of having sex with a woman in February 2010 and not telling her he was HIV-positive.
Police allege he had known about his condition since 2002.
The woman is now HIV-positive.
Police say they fear Gracie may have had unprotected sex with other unsuspecting women.
Gracie is in custody and due in court May 9 for a bail hearing.
