Firefighters have extinguished a three-alarm blaze in downtown Toronto.

Toronto Fire Services said the fire, in a townhouse complex near Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West, spread through the roof.

They have not yet determined a cause.

Toronto Paramedic Services reported no injuries.

A section of Bathurst Street was closed as officials fought the fire.

The TTC warns that the 511 Bathurst streetcar is diverting both ways via Queen Street, Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street.
