Fire crews are on the scene of a two-alarm garage fire in Little Portugal.

Toronto Fire received a call about a fire at Dundas Street West and Gladstone Avenue just after 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

When firefighters arrived on scene, heavy smoke and flames could be seen pouring out of the detached garage.

Toronto Fire said the garage fire is under control but firefighters are now working to control a fire in the attic of two attached homes nearby.

Officials have not said what they suspect to have caused the blaze.

No injuries have been reported.

Dundas Street West is closed from Dufferin Street to Dovercourt road as crews work to clear the scene. The southbound lanes of Gladstone Avenue at College Street are also closed.
