A female pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto on Thursday.
Police say the incident happened at approximately 7 p.m. near Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was bleeding from her head.
She was rushed to a local hospital, where she died of her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, police said.
The intersection was closed as police investigated the incident.
