TORONTO - A man caught up in the heightened summit security is to appear in a Toronto court today.

Gary McCullough of Whitby is charged with one count of weapons dangerous.

Police have made it clear that the charge is not related to the G-20 summit.

Police initially pulled a car over in the downtown, saying it didn't look roadworthy.

They then discovered a surprising cargo that included a crossbow, chainsaw, baseball bat and sledge hammers.

They also found what they were initially calling -- a suspicious liquid --in some jerry cans.

But it proved to be quite ordinary after testing by fully-outfitted Haz-Mat teams.
