A two-year-old child was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after falling out of a third floor window of an apartment building.
Police say they responded to a call at 5:30 p.m. Friday about a child who had fallen out of a window in a building located at 1701 Bathurst St., just south of Eglinton Avenue.
Police say the child had fallen three to four metres below onto the asphalt surrounding the building.
Sgt. Remo D’Antonio of 13 Division said that the only apparent injury sustained by the child was an injury to the right arm.
The child was taken to Sick Kids Hospital.
