Child found dead in Toronto apartment building

Toronto police are investigating the death of a toddler in a downtown apartment building.

Paramedics responded to a call Friday morning and found what appeared to be the body of a two-year-old girl.

There's no word on what led to the child's death.

Police have released no details of the investigation.
