Police have located the vehicle sought in connection to an incident in Scarborough that left one man dead Wednesday evening.

The vehicle, a 2010 white Mercedes SUV, was found around 9:30 p.m. at Bayview Village – a mall located at Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East.

The vehicle will be towed to the pound, where it will undergo forensic testing, CP24’s Jackie Crandles reported.

The occupants of the vehicle, who police described as “armed and dangerous,” are still at large.

Earlier Wednesday, the vehicle was seen fleeing a commercial unit in Scarborough where a male was found dead.

Police were called to 1970 Ellesmere Rd. after receiving a call for unknown trouble Wednesday afternoon.

Insp. Bernadette Button told CP24 that after arriving at the commercial unit near Bellamy Road and Ellesmere Road, officers found a “lifeless body” of a male inside.

A second victim, a woman, was also inside the unit. She did not require medical attention and was taken to 43 Division for questioning, said Button.

Homicide detectives and the coroner were called to the scene to investigate.
