BANCROFT, Ont. -- Provincial police say 10 seniors suffered minor injuries in a bus crash in eastern Ontario.
They say the bus went into a ditch shortly before 10 a.m. Friday near Denbigh, Ont., located 165 kilometres west of Ottawa.
Police say there were approximately 50 seniors on the bus and 10 were transported to hospital by ambulance with what were described as "minor injuries."
Investigators say the incident occurred on Highway 28 just east of Highway 41.
One lane of Highway 28 has been opened to traffic and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
