TRAFFIC

Two northbound lanes of University Avenue at Elm Street will be shut until Feb. 6., for watermain construction. The closure means drivers won't be able to turn onto Elm Street from University.

The future of Stollerys building in question

Toronto Coun. Kristyn Wong-Tam is calling for the demolition of the Stollerys building to stop, even though wrecking crews have already started to tear it down. The 114-year-old clothing store, located at the corner of Yonge and Bloor Streets, was purchased by Mizrahi Developments in 2014.
