Two men have been charged with murder in the shooting death of a man inside a busy Chinatown restaurant last November.

Tariq Mohammed, 31, of Mississauga was gunned down at the Garden Restaurant on Dundas Street West shortly before 4 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2014, according to police. He died at the scene.

Two women also suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting, police say.

Marcus Gibson, 22, of Toronto faces several charges including first-degree murder, robbery with a firearm, assault with a weapon and weapons dangerous.

Ceyon Carrington, 28, of Toronto faces charges of first-degree murder, robbery with a firearm and two counts of aggravated assault.
